Fri 9/30  Disappointment day.  We wanted to drive the southern end of Scenic Hiway 12 because the northern end was so spectacular.  Unfortunately, the southern end did not live up to its northern partner, except for the first 10 miles.

  However, we did find Kodachrome Basin State Park which was nice and has a beautiful campground that I would love to be in.  Tomorrow we head for Bryce Canyon.
